Rider Hunt scores a 100% pass rate in RICS Assessment of Professional Competence
Congratulations to Richard Mould (London), Lisa Latham and Stuart Taylor (Manchester) on their recent election as Professional Members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
The success represents a 100% pass rate for Rider Hunt and demonstrates our firm commitment to structured learning and developing the necessary skills to ensure our people are the best they can be at what they do.
The Assessment of Professional Competence (Construction and Quantity Surveying Division) is a rigorous testing of knowledge, experience and ability held twice a year by the RICS, in centres around the country, where candidates have to demonstrate to assessors skilled in deciding if the individual meets the benchmark standard expected of a Chartered Surveyor. This follows a lengthy process of monitoring and mentoring by the firm and the submission of experience logs and reports for assessment by the individuals.
